For Contractors that wish to place the bar themselves, we offer Pre-Tied Structures that are custom built to each project's specifications and shipped directly to the site..

Using this method we've had one contractor successfully pour over 800ft of 2'0x3'0 beam in one day using Pre-Tied Nesting Cages.

 

Engineering / Fabrication

Hertel Steel utilizes the latest in ASA Rebar Detailing CAD Software and has a long history of employment for interns from Syracuse University's Engineering Division.

Our production capabilites include 2 sheer lines, 2 manual benders, and an Auto-Bending line Manufactured by CRS & KRB, Leaders in the design of rebar fabrication equipment.
